These beautiful calipers are the product of several hours of cleaning , then sand blasting, and sanding the surface to remove as much carbon deposit and flasking as possible. Flasking is the sharp jagged edges that are left after a piece of cast iron is removed from a mold. Every imperfection shows on candy red. Some imperfections even show after all that work but they wont be large enough to notice even with your face 3 feet away from them on the car. They will be coupled with these Rims in the 18" variety. The calipers came in about 2 weeks ago I just waited to make a post for them. I will probably have the drums powdercoated next.
